Zachary Stubblefield is an associate attorney with the Money Law Firm. His primary practice areas are estate planning, probate, construction, and business.
A local to the DFW area, Zachary was born and raised in Plano, Texas. He attended Plano East Senior High School and earned his bachelor’s degree in History from Texas Tech University in 2015. While in college, Zachary was a Resident’s Assistant for the pre-law community and pre-law ambassador for the Texas Tech School of Law, and was a member of the Goin’ Band from Raiderland throughout his time at Texas Tech University.
After graduation, Zachary continued his education at Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law, where he was both a Student Attorney and Chief of the SMU Federal Taxpayers Clinic on campus. Through his time with the Clinic, Zachary zealously advocated for indigent taxpayers to successfully settle complex and inequitable tax disputes with the IRS.
Zachary has successfully handled numerous contested Probate and Guardianship proceedings throughout the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex, specializing on issues that plague the elderly population. Zachary’s extensive experience equips him with the requisite skill set to properly advise and draft an estate plan that fully implements his client’s wishes.
